Return / Refund Policy for Products

If you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not meet the terms as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the support team through any of the below mentioned way:

We wish to accept all returns, once the complaint is received but still we will verify the genuineness about the complaint and if the complaint is valid, we will make effort for a Replacement / Refund. Replacement or Refund will be done within 14 working days, and will be processed in the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard.

 

Before accepting the delivery of your order, please make sure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered, requesting you to refuse to accept delivery and inform The Chennai Hot Chips immediately.

 

Kindly inform The Chennai Hot Chips about the order received and the condition of the product delivered to you within two days of order delivery. If you are failed to do so within the said time, The Chennai Hot Chips will not be responsible to replace the order,

 

Please make sure the returned items must be delivered to us unused and the packaging must be in the same condition they were received.

 

The returned products are subject to confirmation by The Chennai Hot Chips in order to determine the authenticity of the complaint/ return.

 

The Chennai Hot Chips will arrange pick-up of the returning product through its own logistics partner. Incase in some occasion The Chennai Hot Chips is unable to do so, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using the reputed courier company.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation by Customer:

 

In case of requests for order cancellations by the customer, The Chennai Hot Chips reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.

 

The Chennai Hot Chips receives a cancellation notice before the order process by The Chennai Hot Chips; The Chennai Hot Chips will cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 14 working days.

 

The Chennai Hot Chips will not be able to cancel the orders that have been already processed. You agree not to dispute the decision made by The Chennai Hot Chips and accept The Chennai Hot Chips decision regarding the cancellation.

 

Cancellation by Us:

 

In few unavoidable circumstances, we unable to accept the certain order, in such kind of situation we will cancel the order. The Chennai Hot Chips reserves the right, and its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason includes non-availability of the product, quantity and pricing error etc.,

 

Once ordered and payment has been deducted from the customer, if we are unable to accept the order then the deducted amount will be reversed back in the customer account within 14 working days.
